Recover Account Password

You can recover your account password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link at the login page. You will need to provide your account e-mail address and a one-time login link will be sent to your e-mail.

To change your password, if you're already logged in: 1. Click on the sandwich menu in the top left corner to open the main menu. 2. Navigate to the bottom of the menu and click on your profile. 3. Select Edit Profile. This will open your profile window on the right side of your desktop. 4. Enter your new password and confirmation password. 5. Click Update If you're logged in but have forgotten your password, follow the steps under Recover Account Password then click login page link and follow the steps to reset it. Keep in mind that you'll need access to the email associated with your account.
